Pitted green olives in brine

Just like giant green olives, pitted olives are excellent both as a starter and as an aperitif, served with shavings of mature cheese and a good selection of fresh cured meats.

A further advantage of this product is that the olives are pitted, meaning they can be easily sliced to dress salads or as a topping for pizzas and focaccia, without losing any of the fragrance and salty flavour of the brine.
