Description
The pholiota mutabilis, otherwise known as ‘honey mushroom’, has a sweet, yet tangy characteristic. This mushroom is particularly suited to be preserved in oil, due to its small size.
The sunflower oil perfectly balances the slight acidity of this type of mushroom, enhancing the sweetness and the meaty texture, making it an excellent antipasti and/or side dish for any meal.
